Function of Auto Start Voltage:
1. Auto start=0V.
Auto test le start to run when receive a trigger signal by pressing +

2. Auto start is not equal to 0V (Take 2V as an example)
In this condition the user connects the charger to the input terminals of E-load. The unit can auto start to run test
le when detect a rising edge from 0-2V. Auto start voltage is not suggested to be a big value.2V is suitable.
