ENTERING A WAYPOINT NAME
1. Press the WPT/MOB
key. Use the ▼ STEP ▲
knob to view the waypoint
library.
2. Press the SETUP key
twice. The display will
show NAME WPT ##. Use
the
▼ STEP ▲
knob to
select a
WPT
number.
3. Press the ENTER key.
The first character will start
flashing. Use the
▼ STEP
▲ knob to change the
character.
4. Press the ENTER key to
accept the displayed
character and advance to
the next.
5. Repeat stages 3 and 4
until all characters have
been entered, including
blanks.
6. When the last character
has been entered the
display will return to
NAME WPT ##.
7. Entry of waypoint latitude
and longitude (if required)
can be carried out as
previously explained.
