ENTERING WAYPOINTS BY LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE
1. Select a point on a
chart, determine the
latitude and longitude.
Press the
WPT/MOB
key.
2. Press the
SETUP
key.
Turn the
▼ STEP ▲
knob
to select an empty
WPT
number.
3. Press the
ENTER
key.
The DEGREES of latitude
will flash.
Use the
▼
STEP
▲
knob
to change the degrees.
4. Press the
ENTER
key.
The MINUTES of latitude
will flash.
Use the
▼
STEP
▲
knob
to change the minutes.
5. Press the ENTER key.
The 10ths and 100ths of
MINUTES will flash.
Use the
▼ STEP ▲
knob
to change the value.
6. Press the ENTER key.
The 1000ths of MINUTES
will flash. Use the
▼
STEP
▲
knob to change the
value.
7. Press the ENTER key.
The N or S will flash.
Use the ▼ STEP ▲ knob
to select N or S.
