INSTALLATION GUIDE
The Installation of SLY does require acclimation.
We recommend installation in rooms with tem-
peratures between 13°C and 32°C.
NOTE: if SLY is subjected to extreme hot or cold
temperatures prior to installation it may make
the product more difficult to install or cause
damage to the locking system. Allow the product
to reach room temperature before installation.
Measure the length and width of your room. If
the room has alcoves or offsets, measure these
separately. This will give you the square footage
of the room. Purchase a minimum of 10% extra
to cover mistakes, trimming, and for future
needs and or replacement. Most installations
require about 10% overage. However this can
vary depending upon the room size and layout.
CAUTION: SLY is intended for interior use only.
Do not install over carpet, foam underlayments,
or in sunrooms, solariums and seasonal porches.
Isocore is a floating floor and should be allowed
to expand and contract freely. DO NOT fasten
with screws, nails or adhesives to the subfloor.
Install permanent cabinets, vanities, island coun-
ters first and then install ISOCORE around them.
