Aprogramwillnotstartifthedoorisopen
duringstartup.
Ifthedoorisaccidentallyopenedwhilea
programisrunning,theprogramwillstopand
thedisplaywillindicateadiagnosticmessage.
Theprogramrestartsoncethedoorisclosed
andstartispressed.

3.DepressionAlarm
Theprogramwillnotstartwhenthepressure
alarmisactive.TheEDGusesthecabinetsail
switchtodetermineiftheexhaustbloweris
operational.Thesailswitchmustbeopenfora
programtostart,andthenbepulledclosedby
airflowfortheprogramtocontinue.Forthis
reason,stopsandstartstooclosetogetherin
timemaynotworkbecauseoffaninertia.Ifa
programstartsandsailswitchremainsopen,an
alarmisgeneratedandthebuzzersounds(see
chapter“Alarms”.
4.Motoroverload
Ifthemotorsoverload(s)tripduringprogram
execution,theprogramwillstop,generatingan
alarmwithrelevantdiagnosticonthedisplay
andthebuzzerwillsound.
5.Coinbox1
Inthecoinboxversion,thissignalindicatesthat
atype1coinhasbeendeposited(whosevalue
isconfiguredinthespecificfield).NotUsed.
6.Coinbox2
Inthecoinboxversion,thissignalindicatesthat
atype2coinhasbeendeposited(whosevalue
isconfiguredinthespecificfield).NotUsed.

NotUsedintheUSA.
2.Cycleunderway
Indicatesthatadryingcycleiscurrentlyunder
way.Thissignalremainsevenwhenthe
programisinterrupted(throughthekeyboard
orbyopeningthedoor).
3.BlowerAutoclean
Eachtimeaprogramstarts,compressedair
cleanstheblower,preventinglintbuildup.
4.Motorforward
Commandsforwarddirectionofthecylinder
motor(reversingmodelsonly).
