Features
The KFS140 Thermo was specially developed for
use in dew point applications and for high humidity
measurements. A high performance humidity
sensor KFS 140 and a PT100 measuring resist-
ance is integrated on a common ceramic
substrate. The PT100 can be used for both
temperature measurement as well as a heating
element.
Through the intelligent single chip solution, an
excellent level of accuracy is achieved due to
optimum thermal coupling of both sensors. Owing
to its high resistance against most of the chemicals
and its high dew point temperature and working
temperature, the sensor is perfectly suitable for
meticulous requirements.
