6. Reliability
6 - 1. Temperature cycle
Here, one cycle shall be to leave for 30 minutes under -40C, continue to
leave for 30 minutes under +85C. Repeat such 5 cycles.
Thereafter, to be within 3%RH under 90%RH, and 2%RH upper 90%RH or less
of change in the term of RH
6 - 3. Dew cycle
Here, one cycle shall be to leave 1 minute under wetting at room
temperature, continue to leave for 57 minutes under natural drying at
room temperature.
Repeat such 1000 cycles.
Thereafter, to be within 3%RH under 90%RH, and 2%RH upper 90%RH or less
of change in the term of RH.
6 - 4. Humidity resistance
Leave for 1000 hours in the environment of 40C and 90 to 95%RH.
Thereafter, to be within 3%RH under 90%RH and 2%RH upper 90%RH or less
of change in the term of RH.
6 - 5. Heat resistance
Leave for 1000 hours in the environment of 85C.
Thereafter, to be within 3%RH under 90%RH and 2%RH upper 90%RH or less
of change in the term of RH.
6 - 6. Humidity loaded
Load the voltage of DC 0.8V for 1000 hours in the environment of 40C,
90 to 95%RH. Thereafter, to be within 3%RH under 90%RH and 2%RH upper 90%RH or less
of change in the term of RH.
6 - 7. High temperature loaded
Load the voltage of DC 0.8V for 1000 hours in the environment of 60C.
Thereafter, to be within 3%RH under 90%RH and 2%RH upper 90%RH or less
of change in the term of RH.
7. Remarks on using
7 - 1. Protection of humidity sensitive part.
(1) Don't scratch it.
(2) Don't touch it with bear hands.
(3) Don't stain it with adhesive agent, flux, grease, oil.
(4) Don't expose it more than 60 for a long time.
(5) Don't wash it with ionized materials such as tap water.
(6) Don't touch it with solvent (acetone, alcohol and freon etc.)
7 - 2. Caution in mounting.
(1) Don't remount lead wire.
It is possible that electrode may be broken.
(2) Don't pull the lead wire powerfully.
