On the Change Access Rights page, Grant Access/Deny
Access functional buttons are used to grant/deny the access to
the certain GUI page(s) for the selected user.
When the access to the certain GUI page is denied for a user,
“You are not authorized to access this page!” warning message will
be displayed when user attempts to open the corresponding GUI
page.
