MISCELLANEOUS FEATURES
Enhanced Speakerphones
Each Standard and Basic Digital Keyset has a built-in speaker and microphone that
allows handsfree answering of intercom calls, on-hook dialing, call monitoring, and
background music. Standard and Basic Digital Keysets can also be programmed to
allow the user access to system speakerphone resources for complete handsfree op-
eration.
If programmed, the system speakerphone resources are available on a first-come,
first-served basis. Each time a Standard or Basic Digital Keyset user presses the
SPKR key while on hook, the speakerphone function is activated and the resource is
assigned to the keyset for the length of the call. (If no system speakerphone resources
are available, the user hears reorder tones and the display shows NO SPKRPHN
AVAIL STAY OFF HOOK.)
To use a system speakerphone resource (if available):
While on hook, press
SPKR

Dial the desired extension or telephone number.
Default Station Operation
This feature returns keyset volumes to default levels; cancels do-not-disturb, manual
call forwarding, background music, and queue requests; and restores handsfree mode,
pages, hunt group calls, and system forwarding all at once.
To return your phone to default:

Date, Time, Name, and Extension Number Display
This feature temporarily displays the system date and time, user name, and extension
number during a call or when other displays are shown.
To show the date and time display (while on a call, in do-not-disturb, etc.):
