CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE From the 16-pin harness with stripped leads to the aftermarket radio: • Connect the Red wire to the accessory wire. Note: If installing an AX-LCD (sold separately), there will be an accessory wire there to connect as well. • If the vehicle is equipped with a factory subwoofer, connect the Blue/White wire to the amp turn on wire. • If the aftermarket radio has an illumination wire, connect the Orange/White wire to it.

CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE 3.5mm jack steering wheel control retention: • The 3.5mm jack is to be used to retain audio controls on the steering wheel. • INSTALLING THE AX-FD2-SWC (CONT) For the radios listed below, connect the included female 3.5mm connector with stripped leads, to the male 3.5mm SWC jack from the AX-FD2-SWC. Any remaining wires tape off and disregard. • Eclipse: Connect the steering wheel control wire, normally Brown, to the Brown/White wire of the connector.

EXTRA FEATURES SYNC: • If the vehicle is equipped with SYNC, the AX-FD2-SWC can retain this feature. • Change the source of the radio to AUX-IN; SYNC audio will start playing if SYNC has been activated. • The display in the factory screen, or the optional AX-LCD (sold separately) will display the SYNC information.

STEERING WHEEL CONTROL SETTINGS Attention: The Axxess Updater App can also be used to program the following (3) sub-sections as well, pending that the interface has been initialized and programmed. Changing radio type 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. If the LED flashes do not match the radio you have connected, you must manually program the AX-FD2-SWC to tell it what radio it is connected to. After (3) seconds of turning the key on, press and hold the Volume-Down button on the steering wheel until the L.E.D.

CONEXIONES QUE SE DEBEN HACER Del arnés de 16 pins con conectores pelados al radio de mercado secundario: • Conecte el cable rojo al cable de accesorios. Nota: Si va a instalar un ASWC-1 (se vende por separado), habrá un cable de accesorio que también debe conectar. • Si el vehículo está equipado con un subwoofer de fábrica, conecte el cable azul/blanco al cable de encendido del amplificador. • Si la radio del mercado secundario tiene un cable de la iluminación, conecte el cable anaranjado/blanco a ella.

CONEXIONES QUE SE DEBEN HACER (CONT) Retención de control del volante jack de 3.5mm: • El conector de 3.5mm se debe usar para retener los controles de audio en el volante. • Para los radios que se enumeran a continuación, conecte el conector hembra de 3.5 mm incluido con los cables pelados, al conector SWC macho de 3.5 mm del AX-FD2-SWC.
