Turn the valve cartridges to the “off” position by turning the cold stem counter-clockwise and the hot stem clockwise. Place the handle over the valve. Thread the flange to the mounting ring. Place the spout on the mounting surface. Install the friction washer, metal washer and mounting nut. Tighten the mounting nut by hand.
Tighten the tensioning screws. Install the connecting hoses on the valves with the compression fittings (included). Take care that the hoses do not twist. Install the pop-up drain. Cnnect the valves to the supply stops with 1/2” supply lines and nuts (not included). Turn on the water and check all connections for leaks.
Install the pop-up drain Remove the plunger assembly. Unscrew the drain outlet flange from the tee. plunger Unscrew the tailpiece from the tee. Wrap the threads with two layers of Teflon tape and replace. height adjuster Install the white, flexible sealing gasket to the flange. Place it in the sink outlet. flange Install the black mack gasket, white friction ring and retainer nut to the flange. Do not tighten the nut against the bottom of the sink at this time.
