New Features in v1.2.1:
• Added Support for 17 flavors of NTSC, PAL, and SECAM video standards for
the External S-Video input.
Note: Currently, changing the video input requires a reboot of the Graphics
Engine for the new setting to take effect. Also, when using the camera set
to Internal mode, the video input setting must be set to NTSC_M.
• Speed of Pan/Tilt motion has been substantially increased over previous versions.

Bugs Fixed in v1.2.0:
