UJK Router Table Top Assembly
There are three router table tops that can be
mounted to the stand the Cast Iron, Phenolic and
MDF. The follow instructions show the cast iron
top but it will apply for the other two table tops.
Step 1 Unpack the table, lift the table (A) on top of
the stand assembly, see figs 24-25. Locate the six M6
WARNING! THE CAST IRON TOP
IS VERY HEAVY SEEK HELP!

Hex bolts, washers and spring washers, manoeuvre
the table until the holes line up with the holes on top
of the stand. Place a spring washer and washer down
over the Hex bolts and screw them into the table, see
figs 26-27.

Step 2 Locate the ten countersink Phillips screws and
M6 locking nuts, place a nut onto each of the Phillips
screws and screw the countersink screws into the ten
threaded holes beneath the table insert recess.
