AWEDE/FM300BC/FM300SA Filter Cartridge
An excellent addition to the UB-801F extractor to
upgrade the performance. With a rating of 1 micron it is
able to fi lter out fi ne dusts created when machining in
the workshop. Easy to keep clean with a side mounted
crank handle operating an internal paddle. With a large surface area
there is little reduction in air fl ow, maintaining the performance of
the extractor. Simple to fi t with an included mounting fl ange that
still allows the use of the standard 5 micron fi lter.

A thoroughly modern design
of dust extractor with many
individual features of note. The
excellent performance comes
from careful matching of the
motor, impellor and housing, resulting in a quietly
effi cient machine able to extract chips and coarse
dust from almost all small or medium sized
machinery. An alloy impellor is fi tted to reduce the
risk of sparks and the standard fi lter is of 5 micron
rating. A large capacity plastic waste sack and quick
release straps are included. A clever feature is that
you can divert the input air to a nozzle built into
the base, enabling the machine to be used as a
powered, mobile fl oor sweeper. Blast gates are fi tted onto both
inlet and fl oor sweep functions. A comfortable tubular handle
and castor wheels are provided for easy mobility. The fi ltration
performance can easily be upgraded by the addition of the
CK-370Z fi lter cartridge, available as an optional extra. This is an
excellent addition for those who wish to collect fi ne dust from
saws or sanders. Easy to keep clean with the side-mounted crank
handle, the extra surface area means that the overall air fl ow is
not signifi cantly reduced. Overall, a fi ne, modern extractor for any
trade workshop, or a quality machine for your workshop at home.

workshop. It can be connected to up to three
smaller machines via its 3x 100mm connectors
we recommend connecting it to a simple 125mm
metal duct system. An alloy bodied motor drives
a high effi ciency impellor fan; the air fl ow into the
bags is via metal tubes, again creating effi cient air
fl ow. The base has castors for easy mobility around
the workshop. Plastic waste sacks are used, easy to replace and
held with quick release metal straps. Large polyester air fi lters
are fi tted, these can be replaced with two cartridge fi lters which
upgrade the fi ltration capability of the machine to be able to
handle sanding machines. Fitted with a 13A plug, but in some
cases will need a 16A supply.
