A 100mm ducting kit with most items a home woodworker needs
to connect machines to an extractor. Comprising 8 X 910mm
lengths of 100mm clear plastic duct, 2 X T junctions, 2 X 90 degree
elbows, 2 X 45 degree elbows, 3 x blastgates and 16 x joiners. A
pack of 10 wall brackets with screws and wallplugs are included. All
the items are available separately, enabling you to build a system
exactly how you need it. Our other accessories such as the 990053 Y
junction, 500181 Flanged Spigot and 200114 Big Mouth Dust Hood
all fi t this kit. Add a 410064 kit and you will get 2 x 3m lengths of
fl exible hose as well as a whole host of useful connectors and hoods.
The 510412 Earth Grounding Kit would be worth considering to
protect yourself from possible static build up. Seriously good value
for money, this kit is exactly what the home workshop requires.

The Numatic vacuum attachment kit has been designed for
use with the Axminster 63mm Dust Extraction Kit. It allows any
Numatic vacuum machine from a “Henry” upwards to be used
to provide the vacuum to this 63mm system. It simply fi ts into
a DEK “T” junction and provides a threaded connector for the
2.5m double threaded Numatic hose which is part of the kit. This
hose has the 51mm female thread allowing it to be fi tted to any
standard Numatic vacuum machine. For the purpose that the
Axminster DEK is intended, even a Henry would provide adequate
air fl ow and, when used with HepaFlo bags, top grade fi ltration as
well. Simple to fi t and very effective.

Extra or additional components are available from our Metal
Ducting selection, but this kit would be enough for many small
workshops and take the guesswork out of what you may require.
Ducting lengths may be shortened with a metal cutting hack saw.
Keep the design simple and follow these rules:
• Don’t over complicate the system
• Keep transfer duct as large as the extractor will accept
• Keep fl exible duct to a minimum length or none at all if possible
• Keep branches joining a duct to 45° maximum
• Fit blast gates to maximise effi ciency and balance to the system
