Comparison Chart - Cyclone Extractors
This is a small, highly portable cyclone extractor, aimed at the smaller workshop with many
different types of machinery in use. Having a high efficiency separation system means that the air
passing through the filter is 99% clean of waste, maintaining a high airflow for top performance.
The filter has a 1 micron filtration performance and is fitted with a simple manual cleaning system.
A manometer gauge gives an easy visual performance reference. The large waste bin is 105 litres
and is easy to remove and empty. Fitted with sturdy castors, this extractor is quite mobile so is easy
to move from machine to machine. However, with a 150mm inlet it also lends itself to be fitted to a
permanent ducting system. Able to run from a standard 13A plug, it is an attractive proposition for
a small trade workshop or a keen amateur in a home workshop.

This larger “Trade” rated extractor is also compact in size and is able to extract from larger, higher
waste volume producing machines. Sharing the same high efficiency air flow system ensures
high, consistent performance. Over 99% of waste is separated from the air stream before the air
is passed through the 1 micron filter; a simple manual filter cleaning system keeps the filter clean.
There is a manometer fitted to give a quick, visual indication of the filter performance. Waste
container 155 litres is easily detached from the machine and has castors to allow easy mobility. The
machine is fitted with wheels for mobility, but we would suggest the best way to get most benefit
from this machine is to connect it to a permanent ducting system. The 180mm inlet would allow
a multiple ported system to be used. Quiet and unobtrusive in use, this would be a good choice in
many workshops. (N.B. 16A supply required)

These optional HEPA cartridge filter’s for the T-2000CK 1hp and
2hp Cyclone Extractor’s gives a 0.3 micron filtering performance.
These filter’s are best suited for use when these machine’s are
mainly being used for extracting from sanders or other fine dust
producing machines. Some extra attention paid to keeping the
filter clean will pay dividends for the performance of these filter’s.
