This range of controllers enables automation of
your dust extraction system, giving more convenient
working and saving both electricity and heat (when
venting externally). Sensors are attached to each motor
and then connected into the controller. The sensors detect
the magnetic field generated when a machine’s motor is
switched on and the dust extractor is then automatically
started.The controller can connect up to five machines but, by
adding Auto-Expand units, any number of machines can be
added. Each Auto-Expand unit will accommodate an additional
five motors. The Auto-Extract controller is available in 230V
1ph 13A or 16A versions or a 415V 3ph neutral + earth version
allowing control of dust extractors up to 6kW. These units operate
the extractor directly; you will need to bypass the original switch
system. Sensors are available separately, depending on the
length of cable required. Additional accessories include a Sensor
Switch which allows a machine sensor to be disabled when dust
extraction is not always required on a particular machine. Made
in Axminster with UK sourced components. N.B. A sensor cable
is not supplied and will need to be purchased separately.
Router table set-ups and some
sawbenches can sometimes present
extraction problems, with extraction
often required from both above and
below the table. This adaptor enables you to achieve this by
having a 100mm flanged outlet with a 62mm inlet at the top.
A cabinet or enclosure will be required to extract from with a
hole made to accept the adaptor. When extraction is connected
using a standard 100mm hose, a separate 63mm hose can
then be attached to the top of the adaptor and connected to
either a dust port on the router table fence or the crown guard
of the saw bench. We are sure there must be many other dust
extraction situations where this fitting would prove invaluable.
This is an easily fitted flexible rubber
machine cuff for attaching hose to
machinery. One end has a moulded
thread that screws directly onto our
100mm clear hose, the other end
of the cuff is a snug fit onto a 102-
110mm diameter machine extraction
port or use with quick release hose clips (210323) on 100mm ports.
Clockwise spiral. Turn the cuff inside out if it does not match your
hose spiral. It makes for an easy connection, and re-connecting
the extractor from one to machine to another as simple as possible.
Two useful items for connecting small
diameter pipes into ducted systems.
The ribbed part plugs into either 4”
or 110mm ducting and either 32mm
or 50mm pipes will push directly into
the inner holes. No further fixings should be required.

A stepped ABS hose adaptor with seven
different sizes that can form perhaps
two or more adaptors. Simply cut the
section you require with a fine toothed
saw. Diameters are 25mm, 50mm, 63mm,

Although soil pipe is frequently utilised
for dust extraction ducting, one problem
which often crops up when using it is
that the outer diameter of the soil pipe
is some 112mm or approximately 4.5”. To
get around this problem we offer a special
adaptor, 900063, to convert from the soil
pipe to a 4” hose. Duct Tape (410221) can
be used to produce a more secure joint.
