This kit contains everything you need for your Lamello biscuit
jointer including drill jigs and a starter pack of Clamex connectors
to make these unique joints. The Clamex jointing element is
made of two halves that align and connect at the same time. It
allows the repeated making and taking apart of a joint again and
again. All that shows on the assembled joint is a single 6mm hole,
allowing a simple hex key to lock or unlock the joint.
The kit comprises Clamex jointing blade (100mm x 8mm x 22mm
bore), 18 pairs Clamex connectors, drilling jig, drill bit, marking jig,
hex key and 75 screws.
Accessories available separately
Drill jig - For exact positioning of the hole for the locking
mechanism, includes drill bit.
Clamex jointer Blade - Carbide tipped (TCT) replaceable tip
blade for 8mm groove, 100 x 22 x 8 mm.
Cover caps - Simple push fit covers to help hide the 6mm hole
for the locking mechanism.
