These hand pieces are suitable for a
wide range of applications including
grinding, sanding, shaping and
polishing. Two sizes are available
with the 14mm unit supplied with
2.4 and 3.2mm collets and the larger
25mm unit 2.4, 3.2 and 6.4mm collets.
A heavy duty fl exible drive shaft unit for
the serious carver, modeller or pattern
maker, powered by a 300W input - 150W
output, continuously rated motor.
The speed is variable over a range of
0-20,000rpm and is controlled by means of
a convenient foot pedal. The 970mm long
fl exible shaft screws fi rmly onto the base
of the motor and carries a plug-in bayonet
on the other end for connection to any
one of four optional handpieces or
reciprocating carving head which
are not supplied and need to
be purchased separately.

powered tools, this high quality fl exible shaft is fi tted with a
precision 3.2mm keyless chuck and easy grip handpiece. Length
of shaft 1.07m; diameter of handpiece 15.6mm.

Flexible Shaft for Multi-Tools
A neat fl exible drive shaft and carving head which quickly and
simply converts all Dremel and the Axminster AMT miniture
power tools into a powered carver. The mechanism in the head
converts the rotation of the shaft into a reciprocating motion at a
speed directly related to the speed of the tool. Using the Flexcut
RG chisels, the carver is great for detail work and the decoration
of turned or other types of work. The hand piece is 23.5mm in
diameter and with the tool mounted above the workstation is
exceptionally manoeuvrable without the restriction of a stiff or
rigid fl exible shaft. Supplied complete with fi ve chisels: two fl at
chisels, one round end chisel, one curved gouge and a V tool.

Axminster Flexible Shaft Carver
for Multi-Tools
The perfect way to mount the Axminster AMT,
Dremel, Proxxon or any similar tool. The stand
is made of three threaded aluminium sections
standing some 960mm tall (two sections can
be used if required). The base has a table clamp
(45mm capacity) but can also be attached using
the screws supplied. Provision for 1/4” and 1/8”
shank tool storage in the base.

Universal stand to hold Axminster, Dremel and similar multi-tools
and drills. This robust stand is made from die-cast aluminium and
is most suitable for drilling, but can also be used for sanding and
polishing. Adjustable for height with a repeat stop, the rise and
fall is controlled via lockable stops with a return spring; the side
handle is then used to plunge the tool. The carriage that holds
the tool travels on three columns to ensure a precise plunge, a
metric scale is on the right hand column. The tool clamp is able to
hold tools with a 24 - 75mm diameter collar. The stand base has
slots suitable for a drill clamp to be attached. Overall stand height
230mm, base size 180 x 120mm.
The 231 router table is easily
mounted on the workbench and
turns the Dremel 400 Series into a
stationary router (for the Dremel 300 series an adaptor is available
free of charge on request from Bosch Technical Services). With
its adjustable fence and transparent guard, this is the perfect
accessory for grooving, edging, and making fi ne mouldings.
