The Axler WISP-20M is a compact and lightweight handheld gimbal for
mirrorless cameras. Ideal for event videography, documentaries, music videos,
and similar productions, it’s designed to help capture smooth movement and
panning with cameras weighing up to 1.87 lb. (850 g).
This handheld gimbal uses quiet and reliable brushless motors to control
all three axes (pitch, roll, and yaw), and it operates in two different modes.
Selecting Follow mode enables the camera to smoothly follow as the device
is panned or tilted. Lock mode allows the camera to remain in one position
regardless of how the device is being moved. The WISP also has the option of
operating in Low mode that inverts the stabilizer so you can experiment with
creative camera angles.
This handheld gimbal is designed for ease of use. Attaching the camera and
balancing it on the mounting platform is fast and effortless, and it is ready to
use in minutes. The motors are powered by three rechargeable 18650 batteries
that provide up to three hours of continuous operation. The light weight
assures that you’ll never miss a shot due to fatigue.
Adding to the WISP-20M’s versatility, a 3/8ʺ threaded socket in the handle
allows for tripod or jib mounting. A compact LED light is included for shooting in
dimly lit areas and is powered by the USB port on the handle.
