If the ping is not successful make sure the AXIS 5470e is configured

according to the instructions in Assigning an IP address, on page 20

and in Configuring the AXIS 5470e, on page 65. If these items are

all in order, consult your TCP/IP network administrator.

TSO PING <IP_address>

The IP address is the IP address of the AXIS 5470e.

ping <IP_address>

The IP address is the IP address of the AXIS 5470e.
