SNA Printing

The AXIS 5470e supports printing of SCS, 3270 and IPDS data

streams via the SNA transport protocol.

Important:

Configuring for SNA printing in 3174 CU Mode is described in three

separate stages:

• Configuring the IBM Mainframe Host system

• Configuring the AXIS 5470e

• Verifying the communication

The AXIS 5470e must be set up to emulate an IBM 3174 (3174 CU mode) in the

Mainframe/VTAM environment.
