Read-back Port The AXIS 5470e supports bi-directional printing. The information
from the printer is read back on the parallel port when the parameter
Read Back Port (PRx_IN) has the default setting AUTO. However, it is
required that the printer also supports bi-directional printing.
Example: Follow the instructions below to disable the bi-directional
communication for logical printer PR1:
1. Click admin and the Logical Printer Settings button.
2. Select the PR1 tab.
3. Set the Read Back Port parameter to NONE.
4. Click OK.

logical printers using a standard Web browser. If you want to set them
directly by editing the config file, just enter the values for the
corresponding parameters.
• The examples are suggestions on how to configure the logical printers. You
should, of course, configure them according to the needs of your network.
