Section 8 Setting Up - OS/2
Having connected the AXIS 5470e to your network, as described in
Connecting a printer to the Ethernet Network, on page 16, this section
now describes how to set up your AXIS 5470e for printing in the OS/2
environment.

TCP/IP Printing
Having assigned an IP address to the AXIS 5470e, as described in
Assigning an IP address, on page 20, you are now ready to install it for
TCP/IP printing in the OS/2 environment. The AXIS 5470e supports
LPR Printing using the lprportd service method.
Installing the
AXIS 5470e
Follow the instructions below to install the AXIS 5470e using the
lprportd service method:
1. Open the OS/2 System window, select TCP/IP and TCP/IP
