•Totriggeronsmallobjectsormovements,useseveralsmallmotiondetectionwindowsratherthanonelargewindow,

andselectalowobjectsize.

•Toavoidtriggeringonsmallobjects,selectahighobjectsize.

•Whilemonitoringanareawheremovingobjectsarenotexpected,selectahighhistorylevel.Thiswillcausemotion

detectiontotriggeraslongastheobjectispresentinthewindow.

•Toonlydetectashinglight,selectalowsensitivity.Inothercaseshighsensitivityisrecommended.

AudioDetection

TheAxisproductcanbeconguredtogenerateanalarmwhenaudiorisesaboveorfallsbelowthethresholdvalue.Thethreshold

valuecanbesetintherange0–100where0isthemostsensitiveand100theleastsensitive.

3.GotoEvents>ActionRulesandsetupanactionrule,seeSetUpActionRulesonpage43.

belowthethresholdvalue,whichisrepresentedbythebar.
