#725 Top COR Margin
Moves the position of the first print line away from the top edge of the paper when
printing in COR (Computer Output Reduction) orientation.
Notes: 1. This parameter has only effect in non-IPDS modes. The IPDS mode top
margin is controlled by the Bind Top Origin parameters.
2. This parameter has no effect in portrait and landscape modes.
3. This parameter emulates an IBM 3812/3816 front panel switch: Top Bind-
ing Margin.
#730 Bind Left Origin 0
Used to offset the left margin when printing in 0 degrees rotation (portrait).
Note: 1. This parameter has only effect in IPDS mode. Non-IPDS mode left margin is
set by the Left Portrait/Landscape/COR Margin parameters.
