This string precedes the first host buffer following a PC printout. This
is the parameter number in IBM 3812/5219 emulation.#61Host-PC
Serial String
This string precedes the first serial PC printout following a host buffer
or a parallel PC printout. This is the parameter number in IBM
3812/5219 emulation.
#64 Host-PC Parallel String
This string precedes the first parallel PC printout following a host
buffer or a serial PC printout.
#65 PC-Host TOF String
This string is sent before the PC-Host String (#60) if the PC printout
did not end with a Form Feed command.
