3. Set switch 5 to position ON (4214 emulation). Be careful not to
move any of the other switches. The illustration above shows the
default settings of all switches.
4. Push the circuit board back into position within the box.
5. Tighten the two screws on the back panel.
6. Attach the AX-3 Cobra+ to the printer and make a test printout.

Notes:
❏ Error Message E2 will be printed and should be ignored.
❏ The AX-3 Cobra+ is automatically set to factory default state
when changing between 3812/5219 and 4214 emulation.
