L’estrazione del gruppo lame
é difficoltosa a causa di incro-
stazioni sul supporto dovuto a
lunga inattività della macchina,
senza aver effettuato la pulizia.
Anomalia
Applicare SVITOL sul gruppo
lame. Impugnando entrambi i
manici, sfi lare il raccoglitore con
il gruppo lame. Terminata l’ope-
razione, pulire la machina se-
guendo la descrizione di pag.11.

Appoggiare sul lato opposto ai
pulsanti il Cutter
Svitare i piedini e rimuovere il
fondo di protezione
Montare la nuova cinghia di
trasmissione facendo attenzione
che tutta la dentatura sia
perfettamente inserita nelle
rispettive cave della puleggia.
Eseguire l’operazione di
registrazione, rimontare la
protezione e i piedini.
Sostituzione:Allentare il contro-
dado e ruotare il dado in senso
orario fi no a quando si potrà sfi lare
la cinghia dalla puleggia.
Registrazione: Allentare il
controdado e ruotare il dado in
senso orario fino a quando la
cinghia risulterà tesa.

set, because of dirty encrusted on
the shaft (if the machine remains
longtime uncleaned and not
running).

Use some drops of SVITOL on the
blades set.
Seize both handles and pull the
pan and the blades set.
Once done, clean the machine as
indicated on page 11.

Assemble the new drive belt
and check that all the teeth are
perfectly inserted in the respec-
tive pulley slots.
Repeat the adjustment opera-tion
and re-assemble the protection
and the feet.
Replacement: loosen the lock nut
and rotate the bolt in a clockwise
direction until the pulley is
removed.
Unscrew the four feet and
remove the protection bottom.
Position the cutter on the
opposite side with respect to
the pushbuttons.
Adjustment Loosen the lock
nut and rotate the screw nut in a
counterclockwise direction until
the belt is tensioned.
