Anempty"ActiveMovieWindow"popupindicatesproblemswiththegraphicscard'svideo

memoryandhardwareacceleration.

Possiblesolutions:

Installthelatestgraphicscarddriver,seeUpdateGraphicsCardDriver,onpage72.

Upgradetoagraphicscardwithmorevideomemoryandhigherperformance.

UsetheCPUforvideorendering,seeUseCPUforVideoRendering,onpage72.

Repeatedmessage"Reconnecting

tocamerain15seconds"

Arepeatedmessage"Reconnectingtocamerain15seconds"mightindicatethat:

•Thenetworkisoverloaded.

•Thecameraisnotaccessible.Checkthatthecameraisstillconnectedtothe

networkandthatpowerisapplied.

•Problemswiththegraphicscard.

Possiblesolutionsforgraphicscardproblems:

•Installthelatestgraphicscarddriver,seeUpdateGraphicsCardDriver,onpage72.

•Upgradetoagraphicscardwithmorevideomemoryandhigherperformance.

•UsetheCPUforvideorendering,seeUseCPUforVideoRendering,onpage72.

•Modifytheliveviewsettings,forexample,resolutionorframerate.

•Checkthattheusernameandpasswordarevalid.

•CheckthattheuserhasaccessrightstoAXISCameraStationServer.

•CheckthattheclocksinAXISCameraStationServerandClientaresynchronized.

Fordomainusers,alsocheckthatthedomainserverclockissynchronizedwith

theServerandClient.

•AuserwhohasnotbeenaddedtotheServer,butisamemberofthelocal

administratorsgroupontheServer,mustruntheClientasadministratoron

Windows8,Windows7andWindowsVista.

AXISCameraStationServerwas

unabletoverifymessagesecurity.

Pleasemakesureserverand

clientUTCtimesarereasonably

synchronized

TheclocksinAXISCameraStationServerandClientarenotsynchronized.WhentheServer

andClientareinstalledondifferentcomputers,thecomputerclocksshouldbesynchronized

tousethesameUTCtime.AdjusttheclockineithertheServerorClientsothattheyhave

thesamedateandtimeproperties.
