Tocreatearaisealarmaction,followthesesteps:

1.IntheNewRuledialog,Actionsstep,clickAddandselectRaisealarm.

2.Typeatitleforthealarmmessageandadescription.

3.Toincludeanalarmprocedure,selectAlarmprocedure,clickUploadandbrowsetolocatethele.

4.ClickOKtosave.

servers.

2.Enterthee-mailaddressesthatalarmmessagesshouldbesentto.UnderNewRecipient,chooseiftheaddressshouldbe

intheTo,CcorBcceldofthee-mailandenterthee-mailaddress.

3.ClickAddtoenterthee-mailaddressintotheRecipientsbox.

4.Enterasubjectforthee-mailintheSubjecteld.

5.Enteramessagetotherecipient.

6.Toattachcamerasnapshots,selectAttachsnapshotsandclickCamerastoselectthecamerastoincludesnapshotsfrom.

7.Toreducethenumberofe-mails,selectSendonee-mailforeacheventorDon’tsendanothere-mailfor.

8.ClickOKtosave.
