1.FromtheCongurationmenu,openSystemAlarm

2.CheckSende-mailonsystemalarmtothefollowingrecipients.

3.Enterthee-mailaddressesalarmmessagesshouldbesentto.

4.UnderNewrecipient,chooseiftheaddressshouldbeintheTo,CcorBcceldofthee-mailandenterthee-mailaddress.

5.ClickAddtoenterthee-mailaddressintotheRecipientsbox.

6.ClickOKtosave.

Tosendemails,anSMTPservermustrstbeadded.ToaddanSMTPserver,selectSMTPServersfromtheOptionsmenu.

CameraApplications

AcameraapplicationissoftwarethatcanbeuploadedtoandinstalledonAxisnetworkvideoproducts.Applicationsaddfunctionality

tothedevice,forexampledetection,recognition,trackingorcountingcapabilities.

ThefollowingapplicationscanbeinstalleddirectlyfromAXISCameraStation:

•AXISVideoMotionDetection2.1isanapplicationthatdetectsmovingobjectswithinanareaofinterest.Theapplication

doesnotrequireanylicenseandcanbeinstalledoncameraswithrmware5.40.4andlater.

•AXISVideoContentStream1.0isanapplicationthatimprovessmartsearch.TheapplicationenablesAXISVideoContent

Streaminthecameraandcanbeinstalledoncameraswithrmware5.50andlater.TheuseofAXISVideoContent

StreamisonlypermittedthroughAXISCameraStation.

Note

Theseapplicationsareinstalledautomaticallyonallcamerasthatsupporttheapplicationwhencamerasareaddedto

AXISCameraStation.

Otherapplicationsmustrstbedownloadedfromwww.axis.com/applicationsorfromtheapplicationvendor'swebsite.

ApplicationscanbeinstalledondeviceswithsupportforAXISCameraApplicationPlatform.Someapplicationsalsorequireaspecic

rmwareversionorcameramodel.Iftheapplicationrequiresalicense,thelicensekeylecanbeinstalledatthesametimeasthe

applicationoritcanbeinstalledlaterusingthedevices'Setuppages.

Toobtainthelicensekeyle,thelicensecodeincludedwiththeapplicationmustberegisteredat

Toinstallanapplication,followthesesteps:

1.GototheCameraManagementworkspace.

2.Selectthedevicestoinstalltheapplicationon.Multipledevicescanbeselected.

3.Right-clickandselectInstallCameraApplication.

4.SelecttheapplicationtoinstallandclickNext.

5.TheInstalllicensespageisdisplayedwheninstallinganapplicationotherthanAXISVideoMotionDetection2.1or

AXISVideoContentStream1.0.

-Toinstalllicenses,selectYesandclickNext.ClickBrowseandbrowsetothelicensele.

-Iftheapplicationdoesnotrequireanylicense,oriflicensesshouldbeinstalledlater,selectNo.

6.ClickNext.

7.CheckthatallsettingsarecorrectandclickFinishtoinstalltheapplication.
