Section Five:Image Mobility Image Manipulation
iMaGe Manipulation
e following paragraphs describe the new ways you can manipulate images using
the Pointmaker CPN-5600. e resolution of the image is dependant on the
resolution of the image you are viewing at the time.
Freezing Video
If video files are being shown as part of a presentation, the CPN-5600 can freeze it
at any point so you can draw attention to a particular frames contents.
To freeze a frame of video
1. ActivatetheFreezecommandinoneofthefollowingways:
a)(touchscreen)TouchtheTop-Rightcommandarea.
b)(digitaltablet)Activatethe“Freeze”button.
c)(keyboard)TypeAlt-F1”.
e current video frame will be frozen on the screen.
is command does not actually stop the video from playing. You will need to
activate the Pause or Stop button on your video playback unit to do that.
2. Youcannowannotatethefrozenimage.
You can also Save or Print the image at any time.
3. ActivatetheFreezecommandagaintotogglethecommando.
e running video will be displayed again.
Saving Images
1. eCPN-5600cansavedisplayedimagesinthefollowingways:
a)movingimagescanrstbefrozenandthensaved
b)asingleframeofamovingimagecanbecapturedon-the-y”asitgoes
byonthescreen,
c)anystillimagecanbesaved.
e image can be saved to a USB memory device or to another computer using
TFTP(tiny file transfer protocol).
