AXIS 282/AXIS 282A - Live View Config
Upload Own Web Files
You can upload and use your own home page. To upload your own files, click the
Upload/Remove button. The Upload/Remove Own Web Files dialog appears.

ure, color must first be uploaded to the AXIS
282/AXIS 282A in order to be available for selection in the Custom Settings dialog. Once
uploaded, the files appear in the drop-down list.
1. Enter the path to the file located
on your workstation or click the Browse button
and find the path.
2. Select the user level for the uploaded file. Setting the user access level means that
you have complete control over pages that specific users can view.
3. When the path is displayed correctly in the text field, click the Upload button.
All uploaded files are shown in the list in the lower section of this dialog. To
remove a file,
check the box provided next to it and then click the Remove button.
To use your uploaded file, click the radio button
and select the file from the drop-down
list against Own, in the Custom Settings page:
To use an external file located somewhere other than in the
AXIS 282/AXIS 282A, click
the radio button and enter the URL in the External field in the Custom Settings page:
Own Home Page
To use a previously uploaded web page as the default page, check the box against Use own
home page, select the page from the drop-down list and click OK.
Default Video Format
Select the default format to use on the Live View page. Check the box against Show video
format selection to view the drop-down list on the Live View page that allows you to
temporarily change the format.
Default Viewer
When using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) in Windows, select your preferred method of
viewing moving images. The options are AMC, QuickTime, Java applet, and Still Image.
When using any browser other than Internet Explorer, select your
preferred method of
viewing images. The available options are Server Push, QuickTime, Java applet, Still
Image.
