Use the drill template to drill four holes for the mounting bracket. 2. Attach the mounting bracket to the wall with appropriate screws.

Wind the network cable along the grooves on the mounting bracket to keep extra cable length that may be required later. Route the cables through the wall 1. Use the drill template to drill four holes for the mounting bracket, and one hole for each cable. 2. Attach the mounting bracket to the wall with appropriate screws.

Check that distance A is within limits. 5. Route the cable through the pipe. 6. Wind the network cable along the grooves on the mounting bracket to keep extra cable length that may be required later. Connect the cables and attach the unit casing to the mounting bracket 1. Insert an SD card in the camera unit (optional).

Pull the tab from the cable gasket farthest from the network connector in the camera unit. 4. Push the network cable through the cable gasket . 5. Remove the connector guard from the network cable. 6. Route the network cable through the cable gasket. 7. Pull the network cable back slightly so that the cable gasket adjusts itself on the cable.
AXIS Q3517–LVE Network Camera 8. Attach the unit casing to the mounting bracket by tightening the four tamper-proof screws with a Resistorx® key TR20. 9. Connect the network cable to the camera unit. 10. Pull the springs aside in the unit casing and attach the camera unit to the unit casing. Adjust the camera angle 1. Pan and tilt the camera to adjust the angle. The camera can pan 360° and tilt from -80° to 80°. 2. Rotate the camera to adjust the angle. The camera can rotate ±175°.

AXIS Q3517–LVE Network Camera Attach the view protector EN 1. Attach the view protector to the camera unit. 2. Remove the view protector by pressing down on top and bottom.
AXIS Q3517–LVE Network Camera 1. Attach the dome cover to the unit casing with the Resistorx® key TR20. Note Attach the dome cover at an angle to keep the position of the camera lens. 2. If you are using a weathershield, attach the weathershield to the dome cover. Use the two screws delivered with the weathershield. 3. Remove the protective film from the dome cover.
