Click on the arrows to move the camera step by step in
the preferred direction. The adjustments are relative to
the current camera position. This means that each time
you click on the left arrow, the camera will pan one step
to the left regardless of its current position.
To adjust the camera zoom, click Wide or Tele respectively.

Click on the arrows to perform a rough adjustment of
the camera position in the preferred direction. The
adjustments are relative to the current camera position.
This means that each time you click on the left arrow,
the camera will pan one step to the left regardless of its current
position. If you wish to perform a more accurate adjustment of
the camera position, click inside the actual picture. The further
away you click from the center of the picture, the further you
move the camera position.
To adjust the camera zoom, click Wide or
Tele respectively.
Notes:
❏ Optionally the Pan/Tilt control page can be protected by a
password. On the AXIS 240 Home Page, click Settings, Pan/Tilt
and then Protection to set the password.
❏ Refer to Setting Up the AXIS 240 for Pan/Tilt Connection on
page 100 on how to configure the AXIS 240 for Pan/Tilt control.
❏ The Pan/Tilt control page cannot be used with the HTTP and
TCP drivers.
External Web Sites
When using the AXIS 240 over the Internet, we recommend that it is
accessed over an assisting web server and not directly. This is because
the AXIS 240 has limited capacity for handling the extra amount of
buffering that might be required.
