The following is a description of the Pan/Tilt parameters:
Parameter name Description
[Driver]
Pan/Tilt Driver Specify the driver for the attached Pan/Tilt device or enable
input/output operation via the HTTP or TCP protocols.
[Settings]
Canon Specify the camera input source for the Canon device.
Sony The Sony devices can connect up to three video cameras, if
daisy chained. The cameras must be identified to the Pan/Tilt
device with a camera ID 1 - 3.
Videmech It is possible to connect up to five Videmech units to the AXIS
240, if connected via an RS485 adapter. For each camera
that you intend to use, enable Pan/Tilt and specify an address
1-255. For each camera, you should also define the Special
Videmech Settings, e.g. SafeMode, soft stops for end
positions, zoom and focus etc.
Ernitec It is possible to connect up to five Ernitec units to the AXIS
240, if connected via an RS485 adapter. For each camera
that you intend to use, enable Pan/Tilt and specify an address
1-255.
Pelco Digital
Coaxitron
t is possible to connect up to five Pelco Digital Coaxitron units
to the AXIS 240, if connected via an RS485 adapter. For each
camera that you intend to use, enable Pan/Tilt and specify an
address 1-255.
TCP Specify the TCP port number.

Baud Rate
Data Bit
Stop Bit
Parity
If required, specify the Pan/Tilt port parameters.
[Protection]
Protect page
Password
Allows you to protect the Pan/Tilt Control Page with a
password. The user will be prompted to enter the password
when trying to access the page.
