5.2.7 Installing Serial (COM) Port Driver
1. Run the comport.exe from the driver directory in product information CD. Click
“Next” to continue.
2. You will be asked to restart your computer when the installation is completed.
Please click “Yes” if you don’t need to install any other drivers. Otherwise, please
click “No” to go on next step.
Note: It is strongly recommended to install this driver, otherwise the failure of data
transmission via COM port will occur.
