2.4.17 Serial ATA Connector (SATA1)

This Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (Serial ATA or SATA) connector is for

high-speed SATA interface port. It is a computer bus interface for connecting to device

such as hard disk drive.

2.4.18 CFast™ Socket (SSCFAST1)

The board is equipped with a CFast

socket on the bottom side to support a CFast

card which is based on the Serial ATA bus. The socket is specially designed to avoid

incorrect installation of the CFast

card. When installing or removing the CFast

card,

please make sure the system power is off. The CFast

card by default identifies itself as

C: or D: drive in your PC system.
