[Description] Deletes a startup macro definition previously created by the GS ^
command.
If a startup macro was not previously defined, this command is ignored.
If a startup macro was previously defined, the macro definition is deleted and the space
it occupied is returned to the eeprom buffer.
NOTE: Any user defined character sets or bit-images will be erased and must be
redefined after deleting the startup macro.
