ITEM REMEDY
No power
Check the power adaptor connection
Check for the appropriate service indication on the LED.
Telephone service is not
Working
Make sure TG130 powered on properly.
Check any equipment connected to the TG130 is correctly connected.
Make sure your service is established with a service provider.
Call can not be received.
Check the appropriate power indication on the LED
Check signal strength.
Make sure handset is placed on the cradle
Call can not be made.
Make sure your service is established with a service provider.

Adequate signal is not
present
Try different locations for the better signal reception.
Analog fax calls isn’t sent or
received
Check the appropriate power indication on the LED
Check the cable is correctly connected to the TG130F
GPRS service isn’t
Connected.
Check the cable connection
Contact the GPRS service provider whether you have service on the
account.
