Trouble shooting:
1- Bluetooth is not connecting:
Please try to connect another Bluetooth product if problem remains your unit is defective. Please
contact Axess Products technical support.
2- There is very low volume even as the volume knob is at highest:
You need to raise the volume on your Bluetooth unit to the highest.
3- I connect my USB flash or TF card which contains music and it doesn't play:
Your music format on the USB flash is not compatible with speaker. Music format to play on USB and
TF card is MP3 and WMA.
4- My reception for FM radio is very weak:
Please use the antenna included in the package as audio cable for better reception.
5- Sound from my speaker doesn't sound right:
Please use the Tone knob to adjust the sound as desired.
