Recommended Maximum Gain setting is approximately 16 dB less than the isolation between the
service and donor antennas.
More information on Downlink sub-band parameters
o DL Measured RSSI - measured DL signal.
o DL Measured Ch. Gain - measured DL Gain (dB) for the selected sub-band.
o DL Measured Ch. Power - measured Power (dBm) for the selected sub-band.
8. Set the UL parameters for the selected filter:
(The uplink channels and their values are automatically allocated according to the downlink channel
definitions.)
Set Max Ch Max Power by default, the power is set to maximum level. Modify as
needed.
You may want to click Send after each filter definition and view the measured Channel Power and
the Composite Output Power (in the System are at the top of the screen).
Set Max Ch Max Gain - change the default value (maximum) according to the
measured/calculated input power and isolation measurements.
Recommended Maximum Gain setting is approximately 16 dB less than the isolation between the
service and donor antennas.
9. Click Send (top window area option).
10. After the channels have been configured and the required coverage is attained for the location, verify
that no Alarms are generated:
Click the Alarms tab
Verify that all the indicators are GREEN in the Alarms tab
