6.1.2 Internal LEDs
Two LEDs (UL and DL) located inside the repeater provide an indication on the UL and
DL signals.
The following figures show an example of the LED locations (the location may differ on
your unit).

The following table provides a description of the UL and DL LED troubleshooting
procedures.
Color Status and Probable Cause Recommendation
Green Normal operation -
Red Major error The Repeater must be replaced
Blinking
Green
Low input signal from
Donor/Mobile antenna
Check the Donor antenna input power
Orange
High out of band signal input
power from Donor/Mobile
antenna
Redirect donor azimuth or add attenuator before
base port.
Caution! Disconnect power to the repeater before
connecting the attenuator. Once installed,
reconnect power.
Blinking
Orange/red
User mute
System mute
- Due to isolation problem or
temperature
Check gain of repeater. If gain is minimum, then it is
likely an isolation problem -> improve the isolation.
Reset the Repeater by turning if off and on again. If
the fault continues, replace the unit.
