5.5 External Alarms Configuration
It is required to configure an external alarms that have been connected to the Booster (either from
the UPS / Battery Charger or from another external source, these must.
To configure external alarms
1. In the left pane, click on the CMU option and select the External Alarms tab. The following
dialog appears.

2. For each connected alarm:
• Check the “Active” checkbox.
• Set the alarm Normal Mode as High or Low.
• In the Description field, assign the alarm an identifiable name (e.g. Door open).
The
description will be updated after Booster reset.
NOTE: Triggered external alarms are displayed in the Axell-CMU-Alarms tab.
