3.9.3 Summary Alarms Trigger Criteria
The Summary alarm (pins 4 and 7) is triggered under one (or more) of the following:
• PA Current from FF
• Temperature High
• Built-in Test
The summary alarm pins respond as follows:
STATUS External Alarm on USER connector RESULT
Power OFF Contacts 4,7 OPEN ALARM
Power ON Contacts 4,7 CLOSE NO ALARM
Summary
ALARM Active
Contacts 4,7 OPEN ALARM
3.9.4 D-MBR-PS-NFPA Installation Alarm Connections
The Repeater Alarm connector contains two sets of dry contact alarms that are connected
to the Fire Department Control Box (see section 3.9.1 above).
• VSWR (Pins 3,6)
• Summary (Pins 4,7)
