2.3.5 Fiber Optic Connection
This product is equipped with Class 1 Lasers, as per definition in EN 60825-1.
CAUTION!!!
Un-terminated optical receptacles may emit laser radiation.
Do not stare into beam or view with optical instruments.
WARNINGS!!
Maximum input power should not exceed (zero) 0 dBm
Clean the Fibre connectors (receptacles and cables) before connecting. See APPENDIX B –
F/O CLEANING PROCEDURE for details on F/O cleaning procedures.
To connect the optic fibre
1. Refer to the optic fibre requirements and
connection guidelines described in section
2.2.4.
2. Open the repeater door.
