Frequency required: 958.0 MHz
Channel spacing: 25 kHz
Synthesiser offset: 70 MHz
The Local Oscillator frequency is therefore:
958.0 – 70 = 888 MHz
Dividing the LO frequency by the channel spacing of 0.025 MHz:
888.0 = 35520
0.025
This is an integer value, therefore it is OK to proceed.
