5.7 ANALOG AUDIO INPUT (Female XLR)
Balanced XLR-type connectors are used for input analog audio.
The stereo analog inputs are designed for standard 0 dBu balanced signals. Individual
channel gain and level setting is done using the software parameter settings (see § 4.1).
XLR pinout:
Pin 1 Gnd
Pin 2 Signal
Pin 3 Return
In case of unbalanced connections, please connect the cold pole (Pin 3) to the ground
(Pin 1).
Factory preset input impedance is 10 kΩ. This impedance may also be set to 600Ω by
moving the two internal jumpers on the INPUT / OUTPUT board (see Chapter 11 -
hardware settings).
