To communicate via Windows HyperTerminal

1: From the Start button on the computer’s desktop, select Programs

> Accessories > Communications > HyperTerminal.

2: In the Explorer window that appears, double-click the

Hypertrm.exe icon to launch the HyperTerminal application.

3: In the Connection Description dialog, enter any name of the

connection and select the first icon in the Icon selection box; then

click OK (Figure 5).

4: Select the com port to which the Activator is connected from the

Connect Using drop-down list; then click OK (Figure 6).
